1. Medical Disclaimer (Read Carefully)

Movespire is not a medical organization and does not provide medical advice. The training plans generated by our Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Consult a Doctor: You should consult your physician or other health care practitioner before starting this or any other exercise program.
• Risk of Injury: Running and weightlifting involve inherent risks of physical injury. By using Movespire, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
• Listen to Your Body: If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.

2. AI Disclaimer

Movespire uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate training plans. While we strive for high-quality logic:

• Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that the AI-generated advice is entirely error-free or suitable for your specific physiological needs.
• Judgment: You must use your own judgment when following the plan. If a distance or weight feels unsafe, do not attempt it.

3. Purchases and Refunds

• One-Time Payments: Movespire offers digital products (Training Plans) for a one-time fee.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product (PDF/ICS files), we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been generated and sent. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the plan, please contact support within 7 days, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding your personal data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Movespire. You may not reverse-engineer the application or resell the generated plans.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movespire and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, physical injury, loss of profits, or data, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
