Usage Data: We may collect anonymous data about how you access and use the Service (e.g., browser type, pages visited) to improve our product.

Generate your Training Plan: Your fitness inputs are sent to our AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) to create your personalized schedule.
Deliver Services: To email you your PDF, CSV, and Calendar files.
Process Payments: To facilitate transactions via Stripe.
Communication: To send you transactional emails (receipts, plan delivery) and, if you opted in, product updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with third-party service providers essential to running the Service:

AI Providers (OpenAI / Google): We send anonymized fitness data/prompts to these providers to generate the text for your plan.
Payment Processors (Stripe): To handle billing.
Database & Infrastructure (Supabase / Vercel): To store your plan data securely so you can access it later.
Email Services (Resend): To deliver your plans to your inbox.

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure database practices to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
